34. Bar to attachment or sale by process of court.—
Save as expressly provided in this Act or in the Karnataka Co-operative Societies Act, 1959, no interest of a tenant in any land held by him as a tenant shall be liable to be attached, seized or sold in execution of a decree or order of a civil court.
