Section 21 in The Punjab Land Preservation Act, 1900
21. Bar of suits.
- No suit shall lie against the [Government] [Substituted for the word 'Crown' by the Adaptation of Laws Order, 1950.] for anything done under this Act, and no suit shall lie against any public servant for anything done. or purporting to have been done, by him, in good faith, under this Act.
