Section 1 in Bihar Industrial Investment Promotion Rules, 2016
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)These rules may be called "The Bihar Industrial Investment Promotion Rules, 2016".(2)It shall extend to the whole of the State of Bihar.(3)It shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Bihar Official Gazette.
