Section 26(b) in The Companies (Second Amendment) Act, 2002
(b)in sub- section (2),-(i) in clause (a), for the words" includes the Court by which he is convicted as well as any Court having jurisdiction to wind up", the words" includes the Court or the Tribunal by which he is convicted, as well as any Court or the Tribunal having jurisd ction to wind up" shall be substituted;(ii)in clause (b), for the word" Court", the words" Court or the Tribunal" shall be substituted;
