(2)No candidate shall be admitted, unless-(i)he is not less than 16 years of age at the beginning of the session at which he applies for admission; and(ii)he is a native of, or domiciled in, Bihar and;(iii)he has passed either-(a)the Matriculation examination or its equivalent from any recognised University with Urdu as the vernacular subject; or(b)the Maulavi examination of the Madrasa Board; and(iv)he produces a certificate of good character from the head of the institution in which he has last studied; and(v)he passes the test examination prescribed in Rule 12.
