Section 30 in The Punjab Advocates Welfare Fund Act, 2002
30. Repeal and Savings.
(1)The Punjab Advocate Welfare Fund Ordinance, 2001 (Punjab Ordinance No. 6 of 2001), is hereby repealed.(2)Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the Ordinance referred to in sub-section (1), shall be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act.
