56. Application of the Indian Limitation Act, 1908
. (1) Sections 6 to 9 of the Limitation Act, 1963 (36 of 1963) shall not apply to suits, appeals or applications under this Act.(2)Except as declared in sub-section (1), the provisions of the Limitation Act, 1963, shall apply to all proceedings under this Act as if a certificate filed hereunder were a decree of a Civil Court.
