Section 24(1) in The Andhra Pradesh (Telangana Area) District Police Act, 1329 F
(1)Every Magistrate or District Superintendent of Police or Assistant Superintendent of Police or Sub-Inspector of Police or an Officer in charge of a Police Station may stop any procession which violates the conditions of the license granted under the foregoing section, and he may order any such procession or assembly which violates the conditions of the license granted under the above section to disperse.
