Section 35 in The Warehousing Corporations Act, 1962
35. Disputes between Central Warehousing Corporation and State Warehousing Corporation.
If there is any difference of opinion between the Central Warehousing Corporation and a State Warehousing Corporation regarding their respective functions and powers under this Act, such difference shall be referred to the Central Government whose decision thereon shall be final.
