Section 15(1) in Himachal Pradesh Societies Registration Act, 2006
(1)Every Society shall elect a Governing body, consisting of not less than three members of the Society, by a resolution passed by a majority of the members present and entitled to vote at an annual general body meeting of the Society held under section 19.
