The Council at a meeting may, where it appears to be necessary for the prevention of danger to life or property by public notice prohibit all persons from staking or collecting hay, straw, wood, thatching grass, jute or other dangerously inflammable or materials or lighting fires in a place or within limits specified in the notice.Compounding Rules
