10. Provision regarding Provident Fund of employees of affiliated institutions.
- The amount of the Provident Fund standing to the credit of the employees of an affiliated institution on the appointed day and held by the existing Council, whether held in the form of cash or otherwise shall, from that date, stand transferred to the Council established for the area in which such institution is situate.
