Section 12(1) in Rajasthan State Bus Terminal Development Authority Act, 2015
(1)It shall be the function of the Authority to create, develop and operate the facilities at the notified bus terminals and to streamline and facilitate the running of buses by State Transport Undertakings and private bus operators from such notified bus terminals.
