Section 30 in The UTTAR PRADESH POLICE AND FORENSIC SCIENCE UNIVERSITY ACT, 2020
30. Payment by State Government to the University
The State Government shall pay to the University from time to time such sums of moneys and in such manner as it may consider necessary for the exercise of powers and discharge of its functions by the University by or under this Act.
