FACTS :
The matter, in short, is that vide her RTI application dated 6.10.2008, the appellant had sought information on 07 paras relating to the acceptance of resignation of Shri Rajeev Kumar Sharma, JWM of Gun & Shell Factory and the matters related therewith. The PIO had refused to disclose information claiming exemption under clauses (e) & (j) of section 8 (1) of the RTI Act. The Appellate Authority had provided information on some paras vide letter dated 3.12.2008.
2. Dissatisfied with the information provided to her, she has filed the present appeal.
3. Heard on 16.10.2009. Appellant not present. The public authority is represented by the officers named above. It is the say of Ms. Tripathi that additional information has since been provided to the appellant vide their letter dated 13.10.2009 and she furnishes a copy of the letter in this regard which is taken on record. The appellant is not present before the Commission to contest this claim.
DECISION
4. It appears to us that the requisite information has since been provided to the appellant. Hence, the appeal has become infructuous and is dismissed.
