Contractors desiring enlistment in class-IS, class-IA, class-IB, class-II and belonging to the State will have to apply for registration through the Chief Engineer of the area who will examine, verify and then he will send the application to the Department in the name of Engineer-in-Chief-cum-Addl. Commissioner-cum-Special Secretary alongwith his recommendation. Then this application will be considered for registration by the Department Registration Committee.
