3. Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent No.2 seeks Signature Not Verified Signed By:PRATIMA Signing Date:19.11.2022 19:47:49 -2- two weeks' time to file the reply to the main petitions and he further seeks liberty to place on record relevant documents to indicate the medical condition of his wife. The permission sought for is granted.

5. Let the reply be filed along with relevant documents within two weeks from today.

6. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent No.2 submits that the interim bail which was granted to respondent No.2 is expiring on 13.11.2022. On that date he would surrender before the concerned jail authority. He further states that he is not filing any application for extension of the interim bail.

8. Mr. Sanjeev Bhandari, learned ASC accepts notice on behalf of the State and prays for two weeks' time to file the Status report.
