This petition is filed to direct the respondents to give police protection while conducting pooja in Agnitheertham seashore to the petitioner life and limb.
2.The petitioner seeks police protection to his life and limb while conducting pooja in Agnitheertham seashore through his petition dated 20.07.2014. Now, almost 4 years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now.
3.In view of the same, this criminal original petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
