Section 94(1) in The Maharashtra Specified Co-operative Societies Elections to Committees Rules, 1971
(1)The election of a nominee of a society as a member of the Committee of any Specified Society under sub-section (2) of Section 144-C shall be held in accordance with the provisions of this rule.
