HARINDER SINGH SIDHU, J Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners would submit a proposal for settlement to the respondent-Bank within five days from today. The petitioners would be content if the said proposal is considered by the respondent-Bank by passing appropriate orders thereon.
The prayer being innocuous, is allowed. Ordered accordingly.
Considering the fact that as on today only symbolic possession of the property has been taken, present petition is disposed of, giving liberty to the petitioners to avail of his remedy at subsequent stage, if advised.
