Section 8(4) in Andhra Pradesh Panchayat Raj (Reservation of Seats and Offices of Gram Panchayats, Mandal Parishads and Zilla Parishads) Rules, 2006
(4)The Revenue Divisional Officer shall reserve offices for women from out of the reserved and unreserved categories on the basis of the highest proportion of the population of women to the total population of the Gram Panchayat concerned is the highest in the descending order.
