Section 3(1) in Kerala Veterinary and Animal Sciences University Act, 2010
(1)With effect on and from the date of commencement of this Act, there shall be established a University by name "the Kerala Veterinary and Animal Sciences University" which shall be a body corporate having perpetual succession and a common seal with power, subject to the provisions of this Act, to acquire, hold and dispose of property, both movable and immovable, and to contract and shall by the said name sue and be sued.
