Section 102A(1) in Uttarakhand Co-Operative Societies Act, 2003
(1)There shall be a council to be called the Uttarakhand State co-operative Council consisting of such number of members including the Chairman and the Vice-chairman, as the State Government may determine and nominate from time to time.
