Section 80(4) in Saurashtra Gharkhed, Tenancy Settlement And Agricultural lands Ordinance, 1949

(4)Any appointment, notification, order, rule or form made or issued under the Ordinances so repealed, shall continue to be in force and be deemed to have been made or issued under the provisions of this Ordinance, in so far as such appointment, notification, notice, order, rule or form is not inconsistent with the provisions of this Ordinance or rules made thereunder, and shall continue to be in force unless and until it is superseded by any appointment, notification, notice, order, rule or form made or issued under this Ordinance.[Schedule I] [This Schedule was inserted by Saurashtra Act No. XXX of 1950.]Crop ShareI-Name of the crop and extent of share.
