ORDER (ORAL)
Hon'ble Mr. Anand Mathur, Member (A) Learned counsel for the respondents hands over a copy of the order dated 03.04.2023, wherein the operative portion reads as under:-
"5. In view of the facts mentioned above, the Applicant is being considered for further stages of recruitment for the post of Library and Information Assistant (LIA) in Archaeological Survey of India (ASI). However, final result for the post LIA has yet not been prepared/published. Documents verification of the Applicant for these posts will be scheduled shortly and he will be considered for the post of LIA in ASI as well on the basis of his merit/marks in Computer Base Examination, if found clear in documents verification.
6. Therefore, you are requested to apprise the Hon'ble Court of the above facts and get the OA disposed of, accordingly please."
2. At this stage, learned counsel for the applicant states that he is satisfied with the action of the respondents, however, he may be given liberty to approach the Tribunal, in case, any cause of action still subsist.
3. The present OA is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as per law.
No order as to costs.
