Section 19(3) in The Punjab State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 2005
(3)Any person shall be entitled to obtain certified copies of the orders, decisions, directions and reasons in support thereof given by the Commission as well as the pleadings, papers and other parts of the records of the Commission to which he is entitled for inspection under this Regulation subject to payment of fee and complying with other terms which the Commission may direct.
