Section 42 in THE THUNCHATH EZHUTHACHAN MALAYALAM UNIVERSITY ACT, 2013
42. Pension, Provident Fund, etc- The University shall constitute for the benefit of the
officers,teachersandotheremployeesoftheUniversitysuchaspension,insuranceandprovidentfunds as it may deem fit and subject to such conditions as may be prescribed by the statutes:Provided that the University shall have power in consultation with the FinanceCommittee constituted under section 42 to invest the provident fund amount in such manneras it may determine.
