Section 107(13)(i) in The Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Rules, 1961

(i)Where immovable property has been sold by the [Recovery Officer] [Substituted 'Sale Officer' by Notification No. CSL-2014/697/C.R.04/13C, dated 30.8.2014 (w.e.f. 23.12.1961).], any person either owning such property or holding any interest therein by virtue of a title acquired before such sale may apply to have the sale set aside on his depositing with the Recovery Officer:-
