Section 15(3)(b) in The M.P. Niji Vishwavidyalaya (Sthapana Avam Sanchalan) Adhiniyam, 2007

(b)if it appears on the basis of the information that any order, proceeding or decision taken by any authority of the private university is not in conformity with the provisions of this Act and Statutes, Ordinances or regulations made thereunder, the Visitor may ask for the opinion of the Regulatory Commission and on being satisfied that any irregularity has taken place, he may issue such direction as he may deem fit in the interest of the private university and the directions so issued shall be complied with by the private university.
