Section 48(1) in The Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Act, 1972
(1)The State Government shall have the power, after considering the advice if any, tendered by the Board to issue to the Board such directions as it may consider necessary in regard to all or any of the matters specified in Section 17. The Boar d shall comply with such directions.
