Section 31(1)(a) in The Rail Land Development Authority (Development of Land and Other Works) Regulations, 2012

(a)by the Authority -

(i)in case of default by the lessee in fulfilling the specified obligations as provided in the Agreement; or

(ii)if the Railway Land is required by the Railway Administration for operational purposes;
