Section 8(1)(b) in United Provinces Land Acquisition (Rehabilitation of Refugees) Act, 1948

(b)direct that the owner or the occupier or person in possession of the land shall not, without the permission of the authority making the order, dispose of it till the expiry of such period his may be specified in the order.
