Section 20(1) in Rajasthan State Dental Council Rules, 2008
(1)When the counting of the votes has been completed, the Returning officer shall forthwith declare the candidate or candidates to whom the largest number of valid votes has been given to be duly elected according to the number of vacancies to be filled in and shall forthwith inform each successful candidates by letter of his being elected to the Council.
