Section 6(1) in Orissa Municipal Corporation (Procedure and Conduct of Business) Rules, 2003
(1)The Corporators shall meet in the Corporation Office for transaction of business at least once in every month upon such day and such hours as may be arranged and a meeting may be convened by the Mayor at any time if considered necessary.
