Section 12(1)(ii) in THE ANDHRA PRADESH ANIMAL FEED (REGULATION OF MANUFACTURE, QUALITY CONTROL, SALE AND DISTRIBUTION) ACT, 2020

(ii)Non-official member may, unless his/her seat become vacant either by resignation or otherwise, be entitled to hold office for a period of two years from the date of assumption.
