(13)The District Child Protection Unit, while selecting Group foster care setting shall consider the following illustrative criteria:(i)registration of the group setting under the Act;(ii)recognition as a fit facility by Committee;(iii)existence of child protection policy; and(iv)sufficient space and proper amenities for children.
