22. Registers to be given up.
- Every Moslem Registrar shall keep safely each register until the same - hall to filled, and shall then or earlier, if he shall leave the district or cease be hold a license, make or the same to tho Registrar of the district for safe custody, or to such other person as the Registrar may direct.
