Section 35(1) in Arunachal Pradesh Municipal Act, 2007
(1)The first meeting of a Municipality after the general election of Councillors to the Municipality shall be convened within thirty days from the date of publication of the names of elected Councillors in the Official gazette under the provisions of any law relating to municipal elections in the State.
