Section 20(2) in Himachal Pradesh Technical University Act, 2014
(2)The Academic Council, to achieve the objects of the University, shall have under its control, a Curriculum Development Cell, a Faculty Development Committee, Examination Committee and Industrial Liaison Policy Unit, the composition and functions of which shall be as defined by the Regulations.
