Section 12(1) in Rajasthan Panchayati Raj (Transferred Activities) Rules, 2011
(1)The Officer of transferred departments working at Zila Parishad or Panchayat Samiti and Block Development Officer and Chief Executive Officer respectively, shall be responsible for proper utilization and management of funds and achieving the physical and financial targets regarding transferred activities.
