Section 3(4) in The Rajasthan Colonisation (Allotment of Government Land to Ghair Dakhilkar Tenant in Paintalisa Area) Conditions, 1970
(4)Notwithstanding anything in these Conditions, the State Government reserves to itself the right of reserving any land for any specific purpose or for allotment to any class of persons or tenants.
