This appeal by the assessee is directed against the order of ld. Pr.CIT, Central 2, New Delhi dated 30.03.2018 pertaining to the Assessment Year 2014-15.
2. At the outset, ld. Counsel of the assessee submitted that vide application dated 07.02.2023, assessee wishes to withdraw the appeal. Ld. DR of the Revenue did not have any objection in this regard. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
