These revisions are pending since 2010 and there is an ex-parti stay in favour of the appellant and the respondent has filed an application for vacating stay on the ground that she is not getting maintenance from the appellant because of the stay.
Mediation has entered into failure. Instead of arguing the matter on vacating stay these revisions shall be heard finally at motion hearing stage.
