11. Powers and functions of Assistant Commissioner.
- Every Assistant Commissioner shall, within the sub-division in his charge, exercise the powers conferred on, and perform the functions entrusted to, an Assistant Commissioner as such by or under this Act in respect of all institutions and endowments included in the list published under clause (c) of Section 6.Provided that where a specific endowment is situated in two or more sub-divisions, the Commissioner shall decide as to which of the Assistant Commissioners shall have jurisdiction to exercise the powers, or perform the functions in respect of such endowment.
