12. Resignation by members and its acceptance.
(1)Any member appointed under clause (e) or clause (f) of sub-section (1) of Section 5 may, at any time resign his office by submitting his resignation signed and addressed to the Chairman of the Board.(2)No resignation submitted under sub-section (1) shall take effect until it is accepted by the Chairman.
