Section 16(2)(a) in The Information Technology (Certifying Authorities) Rules, 2000

(a)[furnish a performance bond in the form of a banker's guarantee ] [ Substituted by G.S.R. 902(E), dated 21.11.2003, for " submit a performance bond or furnish a banker's guarantee" (w.e.f. 27.11.2003).]within one month from the date of such approval to the Controller in accordance with sub-rule (2) of rule 8; and
