Section 29(1)(d) in The Bodoland University Act, 2009

(d)Where an appointment is to be made to a temporary vacancy of teachers of the University, the appointment shall be made, if the vacancy is for a period of one year or more, on the recommendation of the Selection Committee in accordance with the provision of the preceding sub-sections and no ad-hoc appointment shall be made by the Executive Council.
