RAJESH BHARDWAJ.J (Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C praying for quashing of FIR No.0315 dated 22.11.2021 registered under sections 284, 34, 342, 365, 506 IPC and section 25 of Arms Act at Police Station, Civil Lines, Jind, District Jind along with all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise dated 11.12.2021 (Annexure P-2).
Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that case is under investigation and prays for withdrawal of the present petition, at this stage, with liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternate remedies as may be available in accordance with law.
Prayer is allowed.
Dismissed as withdrawn, at this stage, with the liberty, as prayed for. However, the investigating agency is directed to complete the investigation expeditiously.
