Section 2(c) in The Gujarat Special Economic Zone Act, 2004
(c)"co-Developer" means a person who has been granted a letter of approval by the Central Government under sub-section (12) of section 3 of the Central Act and includes the existing Co-Developer;(cc)"demarcated area" means an area has been exclusively for trading or warehousing purposes demarcated as such under section 6 of the Central Act;
