Section 18(1) in Gujarat State Council for Physiotherapy Act, 2011
(1)If, before the commencement of this Act, any person has established an institution or any institution has opened a new or higher course of study or training or increased its admission capacity, such person or institution, as the case may be, shall seek within a period of one year from the commencement of this Act, the permission of the State Government in a accordance with the provisions of section 16.
